Terms of Service - Personalised Itineraries

1. Service Description
We provide personalised itineraries based on the information you submit. Each itinerary is tailored to your preferences and travel details.

2. Payment
The service fee will be agreed upon before you complete payment. We do not start work until payment is confirmed.

3. Delivery Timeframe
Your itinerary will be delivered within the timeframe agreed upon before payment. Turnaround is measured in UK business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays), and the first business day starts the next working day after payment.

4. Follow-Up Support
I’m happy to offer brief support if you have questions about your personalised itinerary. This includes clarification or light adjustments if something’s unclear or needs a small tweak. For major changes or new requests, a top-up fee may apply.

5. Changes and Cancellations
Once work has begun, cancellations or changes may not be possible. If you wish to cancel before work starts, please notify us promptly.

6. Refund Policy
Due to the bespoke nature of this service, refunds are only available if we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe without reasonable cause.

7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to prepare your itinerary. Work will begin once all essential details have been received and confirmed. We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by missing or incomplete information, or for any issues arising from inaccurate details provided by you.

8. Liability
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or inconveniences arising from your use of the itinerary or from travel arrangements made based on it.

9. Data Protection
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
